What is Tig Welding ?
Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, also known as Gas Tungsten arc welding (GTAW) is one of the popular welding processes usually uses argon gas and a very hot electrode to essentially melt two metals together.

- TIG Gloves are made of goat leather which is much thinner and smooth and fire-resistant fabric. They are fit and easily allow finger mobility. The TIG hand position has each palms facing the weld pool, therefore the back-pad would be largely useless. Rather more precise management of the torch and filler square measure needed for TIG.
- TIG gloves are fine for terribly low-power MIG fastening, and once running terribly short beads, but the backs of them quickly overheat.
